Butchery Class with Nick - Father's Day

Calling food lovers! Nick here from Marrow. Fancy joining me on Father's Day for a butchery masterclass? Sausage making, wine, tunes, and a slow roast? I am hosting two masterclasses in Orewa on 1st September.

I will demonstrate a lamb carcass breakdown, followed by learning to make sausages (you will take your creations home), and topped off with slow roasted lamb shoulder and red wine.
