We are Marrow, and we are so excited to meet you all and have you along on this journey. We are a butchery & home store in the beautiful Ōrewa, on Auckland's Hibiscus Coast.
What is Marrow?
Marrow is a place where we share tales and knowledge about food. Where the community comes to celebrate good food, and what impact it can have on our lives. We believe in gathering friends and family to laugh and share stories and memories while creating new ones, all circulate around good food. Marrow is a collection of ideas, techniques, and flavours from our recent travels. For the past seven years, we have been living abroad in places like East London, Byron Bay & Melbourne; with Europe trips scattered here and there. Along this journey we have seen, practiced, and tasted new ideas that we want to share with you all!
Who is Marrow?
Marrow is made up of Nick & Katie. A butcher and a designer. Meeting in a butchery, it's somewhat a beautiful story to be opening a store back home, for our community on the Hibiscus Coast.
