Butchery Class with Nick - 18th January

Calling food lovers! Nick here from Marrow. Fancy joining me for a butchery masterclass? Sausage making, beers, tunes, and a Barbie? I am hosting a masterclasses in Orewa at Drifter Co-op on 18th January (11am - 3pm).

I will demonstrate a lamb carcass breakdown, followed by learning to make sausages (you will take your creations home), and topped off with the lamb going on the BBQ while we sip a couple of cold ones with some summer tunes before sitting down for a meal. 

Beer and non-alcoholics will be provided. Great as a Xmas gift for that food lover in your life, or simply treat yourself.
