The rump cap steak or Picanha in the piece, is a cut which was brought to the attention from coal cooking in South America. Traditionally left with a good fat coverage, the rump cap steak is a showstopper each and every bite. We recommend playing homage, and serving it with a lovely chimichurri, or a creamy horseradish. Lovely thinly sliced in a taco!
